3 to 5 year programs
> a three year training period:
The culinary arts and restaurant management program offers two possible degrees depending on the student’s personal and professional objectives. In the third year, the student can choose either to perfect his cooking style or to delve into the business side of the industry.
Two specializations for a double degree
• the Associate degree in culinary arts and restaurant management issued by the Institut Paul Bocuse (French level II certification)
• the Bachelors in business administration issued by the University of Lyon 3 / 180 credits ECTS
Teaching languages: French (one third of the classes are given in English)
Two fall semester begins: October 13, 2008 and April, 2009

Next fall semester begins: October 13, 2008

• Joining the active work force: this program opens interesting and challenging careeer opportunities not only in France but also abroad
• Continuing your studies: obtaining the Bachelors degree opens the door to entering IPB’s Masters program in hotel and restaurant management (M.Sc.)
> A two year program: the Masters program in hotel and restaurant management
