3 to 5 year programs

The culinary arts and restaurant management program offers a five or six semester training period depending on the student’s personal and professional objectives.
Teaching languages: French (one third of the classes are given in English)
Two semesters begin: April 27, 2009 and October 12, 2009
Conditions of admission
Next spring semester begin: April 27, 2009

• Joining the active work force: this program opens interesting and challenging careeer opportunities not only in France but also abroad
• Continuing your studies: obtaining the Bachelors degree opens the door to entering IPB’s Masters program in hotel and restaurant management (M.Sc.)
> A two year program: the Masters program in hotel and restaurant management
