Three years to train bilingual specialists: this is the objective of the hotel and restaurant management program of study. Institut Paul Bocuse’s program is based upon a pedagogical dynamics which accompanies each student in concretizing his professional project.

A double diploma:
• The University of Lyon 3 awards the bachelors degree in business administration after 180 credits ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
• The Institut Paul Bocuse awards a degree in hotel and restaurant management

Teaching languages: French and one third of the classes are given in English
