> First year admissions

Intake: October 13, 2008
Number of admissions: 50 students maximum

Continuous selection: 
selection based on candidate’s application, written tests and an oral interview

Conditions of admission:
Baccalaureat (or other equivalent high school diploma)

> Masters admissions 

Intake: January, 2009
Number of admissions: 20 students maximum

Conditions of admission:
> Admission to the first year: students having obtained a business degree or a bachelor’s degree specialising in business management for the hotel and Foodservice industries or applicants holding a BTS diploma or Bachelor of Arts in the hotel and foodservice industry and having a minimum three years managerial experience in the sector.
> Admission to the second year: professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry and further to validation of their professional experience, and further to their having the equivalent of 60 credits within a Master programme or applicants currently changing profession and holding a Masters Degree.
