Conditions of admission: French Baccalauréat, European Baccalauréat or its equivalent from European country and high school degree that gives access to university study.

Selection: pre-selection based on candidate’s application and an interview with the board of admissions
Conditions of admission: > Admission to the first year: students having obtained a business degree or a bachelor’s degree specialising in business management for the hotel and Foodservice industries or applicants holding a BTS diploma or Bachelor of Arts in the hotel and foodservice industry and having a minimum three years managerial experience in the sector.
> Admission to the second year: professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry and further to validation of their professional experience, and further to their having the equivalent of 60 credits within a Master programme or applicants currently changing profession and holding a Masters Degree.
