  Saisons gastronomic pedagogical Restaurant

Restaurant gastronomique d'application SaisonsPerfectly situated in the prestigious Château du Vivier, the Saisons gastronomic pedagogical restaurant at the Institut Paul Bocuse, is open to the public from Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner with the exception of Wednesday evenings. Proud of its tradition and savoir-faire with regards French cuisine, the restaurant is the ideal pedagogic instrument for students of the culinary arts or hotel mangement. Under the responsability of Chef Alain Le Cossec, a master craftsman and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 1991, and of Philippe Rispal, lecturer in oenology and the arts de la table, the students are able to acquire a genuine knowledge of fine dining and the exigencies of the craft. The composition of the two menus offered is varied according to the changing seasons.
