“The world of Hospitality is a magical world in which everything is possible provided that talent and work go together. That is why it is important for me to participate in this series of interviews. A sincere testimony is worth much more than a long speech.
As president of the Alumni Association, I must admit that while reading these testimonies, I see myself again, as I was 10 years ago, when I left IPB with only a diploma and my passion for this industry in my pocket… Ever since, so many roads traveled, so many projects, good experiences and crossing paths…Don’t believe that things were always easy, quite the contrary, but in remaining determined and persevering, this career still belongs to one of those professions in which others know how to recognize your worth and give you your chance. As you will read in the following articles, stepping into this world also means adopting a second family.”
