This Month of Mexico highlights the different studies and various career paths of 5 young Mexicans who know, or have known “life in the château” at the Institut Paul Bocuse. The testimonies of Valeria who is currently at the Institute, of Rodrigo who has served in some of the most prestigious hotels, of Karla who launched Mexico’s first gastronomic magazine, of Enrique who worked in a large company in collective dining and of Maxence who started up his own company in Mexico shows admirably the different possible fields that the Institute can open up to you. Of the Institut Paul Bocuse, we already know its emblematic name and international reputation. Today, the school’s openness towards cultures at both the Chateau du Vivier and during the internships and the diversity of career paths that it makes possible has decidedly made this school an exception. Cooks, innkeepers, managers, entrepreneurs, today’s students can access a large range of professions…”
