After that, it is in the personal way of considering cooking that one can set ones self apart from the others… Cooking is similar to acting in a theater: there is a table, this is the stage, and the dish is the main character. The meal is created and put on the stage. It is sensual. Just one piece of advice, open your eyes and look around, you will find everything that you need in this school!”
