Specializations - 4th year programs


Earn the Institut’s Honors Bachelor’s through a year of specialization and high level management study and qualify for an MSc.

The fourth year specializations at Institut Paul Bocuse, open to holders of a Bachelor’s Degree, are designed to provide and added level of management competency while allowing you to focus on your own interests. Core management courses alternate with specialization options specifically designed for today’s industry.

Institut Paul Bocuse has chosen to eschew specializations based on disciplines (finance, marketing, etc.) or sectors (clubs, casinos, etc.) to focus on the pressing needs of today’s industry through multi-disciplinary approaches applicable across industry sectors, providing you with a unique set of skills and competencies to further your career.

Graduates may choose to enter the workforce directly or opt to complete their studies with an “M2” MSc. degree including the Institut’s own MSc. in International Hospitality Management offered in partnership with emlyon business school.
