We are currently hosting 700 students from 50 nationalities on our campus who are preparing to the best careers in the world.

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE

300 professionals, teachers and international experts share with you their experience in all segments of the hotel and catering industry.

Management courses and conferences are in English from the 1st year of Bachelor. It promotes the common practice, the fluency written and oral, indispensable to exercise your future profession.

For 2018, you can choose a 100% Anglophone Bachelor program.
Our MSc. In International Hospitality Management and Master in Culinary Leadership & Innovation, are 100% Anglophone from the first year.

International exposure and experience with Erasmus +

In the 2nd or 3rd year of Bachelor, the university exchange allows you to personalize your education course. Find our partners according to the programs: Hospitality-FoodService / Culinary Arts and among our Worldwide Alliance.

Since 1 January 2014, the Lifelong Learning program and Youth in Action have been replaced by the Erasmus+ program. As part of this program, Institut Paul Bocuse has just received a new Erasmus Charter for 2014-2020.

Internships and careers

Internships in other countries are actively encouraged. All internships in France are with enterprises that offer a strong international perspective. With corporate partners including: AccorHotels, Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Radison, Sheraton and others, the entire world is open to our students.
Our students can also count on a solid network of thousands of graduates, present in 78 countries. More than 70% of young graduates start their careers internationally.
