Our spirit

Institut Paul Bocuse trains future managers for hotel management, restaurant and culinary arts. It offers programs in management recognized in France and internationally, at the undergraduate and master degree levels in academic partnership with IAE Lyon and the Finnish University Haaga Helia.

Transmitting all the culture of the trade:
  • The basics of the various professions and the technical know-how
  • The right professional attitude from the precision of gestures to the underlying values
  • Managerial competence and the spirit of entrepreneurship
  • Adaptability to the demands of customers, technologies and trends

They drive and give force and consistency to the teaching at Institut Paul Bocuse thanks to a pedagogical team exclusively made up of experts, who are dedicated to giving these values life on a daily basis by giving them meaning. By combining audacious managerial modernity with traditions built on values and rigor, our pedagogical approach ensures quality and makes the difference in our teaching: practical courses, conferences, seminars, project management, interactions between the various programs, personalized accompaniment for each of our students.

The Institut is therefore a school of life that trains passionate young adults who keep in mind the end goal : helping guests to experience an unforgettable moment.
