In 2011, the Institut started the first Incubator for start-ups in the hotel and restaurant sector that has enabled the opening of four viable businesses to date. This incubator supports and accompanies the best futuristic concepts whilst taking into account the necessary objectives of feasibility and financial viability. It therefore enables the professional projects of Institut Paul Bocuse graduates to become concrete, including self-fulfillment and a quest for success. An ideal environment that is reassuring for any up-and-coming entrepreneur.
Much more than a school for hospitality and food service, Institut Paul Bocuse is an incubator nurturing innovation: 33% of our graduates create their own company within five years after graduation.
ACCOMPANIMENT TO BUILD A LIFE PLAN The comprehensive and concrete teaching offered at Institut Paul Bocuse and the experiences acquired during internships enable our young graduates to integrate working life fast and to progress quickly in prestigious organizations in France and internationally. These positions require solid competencies, maturity and real expertise in the profession.
Institut Paul Bocuse has a department to manage internships and company relations whose mission is to accompany every student in their professional project to make their career path successful.
Throughout the year, students can also participate in job interview simulations and workshops on their e-reputation, CV or self-awareness in order to make their dreams come true. Today, some 400 French and international companies have put their trust in Institut Paul Bocuse and welcome our students each year.
