Institut Paul Bocuse, the guarantor of French know-how internationally

A window on the world that promotes personal and professional enrichment essential to our business.

Students from all over the world

Institut Paul Bocuse provides training for Culinary Arts and the Hospitality industry. It transmits the technical and managerial know-how necessary to prepare its students coming from all the continents for the best careers around the world. It's home each year to some 470 students representing more than 37 nationalities.

Bilingual teaching

Fluency in English is indispensable. To encourage both written and spoken language skills, management classes and lectures are in English as from the first year. In the MSc in International Hospitality Management and the MSc in Culinary Management & Innovation programs, 100% of classes are taught in English.

Guest speakers and teaching staff

Financial management, Human resources, Sales & Marketing, Business Communication… Classes, internships and tutorial studies all have an international focus, reflecting the concepts and practices that shape our industry. Teaching staff are all leading experts in their field and fluent in both French and English.

Internships and careers

Internships in other countries are actively encouraged. All internships in France are with enterprises that offer a strong international perspective. With corporate partners including: Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Radison, Sheraton and others, the entire world is open to our students.
Our students can also count on a solid network of some 1,800 graduates, present in 22 countries. More than 70% of young graduates start their careers internationally.
