This partnership reflects demand from businesses in these flourishing industries for management professionals with high-level academic education.
The Bachelor's degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management is delivered in partnership with iae lyon School of Management.

Haaga HeliaThe Master's Degree in Culinary Management & Innovation of Institut Paul Bocuse is delivered in partnership with Haaga-Helia University of Helsinki (Finland). 

University of Stavanger - Gastronomic Institute of Norway
University of StavangerAs part of the Master's in Culinary Management and Innovation, students spend 15 days in Stavanger at the University of Stavanger and at the Gastronomic Institute of Norway where they are exposed to today’s leading edge Nordic cuisine and are introduced to Scandinavian leadership practices.


The Worldwide Alliance

The Institut Paul Bocuse formed the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance in 2004. Today, this unique alliance covers 17 partners in 17 countries, all among the world’s top Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts schools, in Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Finland, France, Greece, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan and the United States.

ITE Singapore - Institute of Technical Education
ITEIn 2011, ITE opened the first Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management program created by Institut Paul Bocuse. ITE is also member of Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance.

USIL - Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola de Lima (Peru)
USILIn March 2012, USIL also opened its first Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management program created by Institut Paul Bocuse.
