Pour la 2ème édition de son atelier doctoral européen qui s’est déroulé les 16 et 17 février derniers à Ecully (69), le Centre de Recherche de l’Institut Paul Bocuse a choisi d’aborder, par les comparaisons interculturelles, les habitudes et les préférences alimentaires.
Dix doctorants internationaux (venus du Canada, de Corée du Sud, du Danemark ou encore du Brésil…) ont présenté leurs travaux et échangé sur les différentes approches scientifiques et les enjeux méthodologiques de la comparaison de groupes.
Plusieurs professionnels de l’agroalimentaire se sont également joints à l’auditoire. L’atelier, entièrement en anglais, a été ponctué par les interventions de Giada Danesi (Institut Paul Bocuse/EHESS/GL Events), Hal MacFie (Hal MacFie Services) et Hubert Roth (CRNH Grenoble) et par des tutoriaux méthodologiques sur l’usage de la vidéo pour la recherche.
