The Exclusive Culinary Program is open to all professionals, regardless of their experience and professional status (recent graduates, working chefs, chefs returning to work, etc.). Courses taught in English can be tailored to match your personal goals and availability. For maximum flexibility, courses can be taken separately or in a package of two or three sessions. Sessions are scheduled in ascending order, enabling you to master classic culinary techniques before disciovering the sophisticated skills behind contemporary cuisine.

Program 1  – Authentique French Cuisine: master the various cooking techniques that are key to France's vast culinary heritage

  • Session 1 Spring: Monday May 9 to Friday May 20, 2011
  • Session 2 Fall: Monday November 7 to Friday November 18, 2011

Programme 2  Cuisine du Soleil: discover the potential of Mediterranean flavors to inspire your culinary creativity

  • Spring Session : Monday May 23 to Friday May 27, 2011

Program 3 – Contemporary Cuisine: contemporary takes on traditional recipes using exceptional products. An approach to culinary innovation based and balanced flavors and the essence of sumplicity

  • Session 1 Spring: Monday June 7 to Friday June 17, 2011
  • Session 2 Fall: Monday November 21 to Friday December 2, 2011
