The Exclusive Culinary Program is open to all professionals, regardless of their experience and professional status (recent graduates, working chefs, chefs returning to work, etc.). Courses taught in English can be tailored to match your personal goals and availability. For maximum flexibility, courses can be taken separately or in a package of two or three sessions. Sessions are scheduled in ascending order, enabling you to master classic culinary techniques before disciovering the sophisticated skills behind contemporary cuisine.

Program 1  – Authentique French Cuisine: master the various cooking techniques that are key to France's vast culinary heritage

  • Session Spring 2012 (English spoken): Monday May 14 to Friday May 25, 2012
  • Session Fall 2012 (French spoken): Monday October 29 to Friday November 9, 2012

Programme 2  Cuisine du Soleil: discover the potential of Mediterranean flavors to inspire your culinary creativity

  • Session Spring 2012 (English spoken): Monday May 28 to Friday June 8, 2012
  • Session Fall 2012 (French spoken): Monday November 12 to Friday November 23, 2012

Program 3 – Contemporary Cuisine: contemporary takes on traditional recipes using exceptional products. An approach to culinary innovation based and balanced flavors and the essence of sumplicity

  • Session Spring 2012 (English spoken): Monday June 11 to Friday June 22, 2012
  • Session Fall 2012 (French spoken): Monday November 26 to Friday December 7, 2012
