An elite faculty

Today, the Institut is comprised of some 90 teachers and outside contributors: teachers from the Institut, teachers from other learning institutions (EM-Lyon, ESSEC Paris, CERAM Nice, University of Oxford in London, University of Delaware, Aegean University in Greece…), Best Craftsmen in France, Lecturers, Associate Professors from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, PhD’s, international and French consultants, external professionals etc. The different profiles enable the experience and vision of these professions as well as the academic university criteria and an international dimension of the profession to be combined.

A pedagogical committee, made up of well-known figures in the profession as well as academics, ensures the complementarities and multi-discipline approach of the teaching. This committee makes it a point of honor to offer education programs in resonance with the economic realism of the hotel and restaurant market…
