INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
This three-year program trains bilingual professionals for attractive hotel and restaurant management positions. The program centers on active learning and direct support for each student to help them achieve their career goals.
Become a recognized and visible professional in the hotel and restaurant industry
This curriculum prepares you to integrate a managerial position with an international scope.
In three years, it delivers a dual degree:
* The title is registered on the National Register for Professional Certification level II (code NFS 334) by ministerial decree dated 10 April 2009 and recorded in the official Journal on 21 April 2009.
Teaching languages: French and English
Pursue your studies with a Master’s in International Hotel and Restaurant Management (M.Sc.)
Subject to the conditions and pre-requisites at the University Lyon 3 and the Ministry for Higher Education.
In two additional years, the Master’s degree granted by IAE Lyon university enables in-depth strategic knowledge of companies in view of taking on a top management position.
