From the basics of the profession to advanced research

The Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (I.A.E.), the University of Lyon of Business & Management School and the Institut Paul Bocuse, school of hotel, restaurant and culinary arts management have associated their university and professional competencies for 10 years in the framework of a unique pedagogical partnership in order to offer two high-level education programs in hotel management and culinary arts. These two curricula lead to the certified degrees of the Institut Paul Bocuse, an undergraduate’s degree and a Master’s of Management (M.Sc.), two degrees delivered by the I.A.E. at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3. With the creation of the Institute’s Research Center, the Master’s opens the doors to a state-recognized Doctorate in the Sciences of Management delivered by the University..
