The teaching restaurant Saisons, open to the public: students acquire direct knowledge of restaurant skills and exacting expectations under actual conditions
Arts de la table: a seminar on “Excellence Arts de la Table”, with an in-depth presentation of table arts design and new trends
Studio Café: a course introducing students to “the culture of coffee”, including tastings and sensory analysis
The school of tea : trains students in the subtleties of tea serving and tasting
Maison de la Dégustation: a course in wine tasting and sommelier skills Moët et Chandon Documentation Center
