At the age of 17, I chose to leave Singapore to pursue my studies in France in the field I was passionate about, meaning hotel and restaurant management.

I knew the importance of completing studies that would allow me to be operational immediately after graduating but that would also teach me about the different aspects of management; business management is key since it allows diversification in professional opportunities. The pedagogical partnership between Institut Paul Bocuse and IAE Lyon university best corresponded to my needs and fit perfectly into my professional project. After completing my studies, I returned to Asia with a dual degree and the conviction that I was fully prepared to tackle the job market.
