Biomedical and Sensory Analyses.

The Research Center facilities include a laboratory for non-invasive biomedical testing, including blood tests and urine tests (measurement of blood hormone levels, glycemic markers, etc.). Analysis of results are performed at the Centre de Recherche en Nutrition Humaine. Sensory analyses such as psychophysical tests and creation of panels of sensory perception experts are also available.

The laboratory is equipped with special lab tables, a refrigerator, precision scales and all standard lab equipment.
