PHD WORKSHOP
After a successful first edition on the topic of “Food: between fear(s) and pleasure(s)”, the Institut Paul Bocuse Food and Hospitality Research Center organized its second European PhD workshop on February 16th and 17th, 2012.
For the second edition of its PhD workshop, the Institut Paul Bocuse Food and Hospitality Research Center chose the topic of intercultural comparisons of eating habits and food preferences. The workshop is dedicated to PhD students and junior researchers from all around Europe, and took place in English.
The workshop combines interventions from experienced researchers, practical sessions on methodologies, presentations of PhD works and scientific discussions.
The workshop took place on February 16th and 17th, 2012, in Ecully.
