Last 2 and 3 May, Institut Paul Bocuse welcomed five chefs selected from among Mille et Un Repas restaurants in the framework of their continuing education “Experimenting with the organization of production and developing creativity”. On the agenda, an immersion in the Institut Paul Bocuse application restaurant kitchens followed by a culinary challenge.
