14 Chefs present for the occasion

The 3rd seminar for the Chefs from the Alliance brought together 14 of them at Institut Paul Bocuse for a week focused on French gastronomy.

From Chile, Columbia, Finland, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Singapore and Taiwan… 12 Chefs from the Worldwide Alliance met with Chefs Fremont and Fillat from Institut Paul Bocuse, during the seminar that reunites them each year to focus on French gastronomy.

Beginning on 13 November, the Chefs deepened their knowledge of French gastronomy, its history, its wines and cheeses…

They were also able to exchange on their pedagogical practices and the very specific teaching required for the culinary arts.

This moment is particularly important to the extent that it allows close ties to be consolidated between the leaders and chefs of the members of the Worldwide Alliance.

The next meeting is in spring 2012 to welcome the 8th class of this unique program!
