Institut Paul Bocuse contributes to the development of the restaurant activity for some 20 Joacasinos in the Joagroupe

On Tuesday 21 September, Hervé FLEURY, General Manager - Institut Paul Bocuse and Laurent LASSIAZ, Chairman of the Board - JOAGROUPE, announced the signing of a partnership agreement. It involves the training of the chefs from the 21 JOACASINOS restaurants and the opportunity for students at the Institut to benefit from in-the-field experimentation in the JOA establishments.

In order to respond precisely to JOAGROUPE’s strong desire to energize its restaurant offering, Institut Paul Bocuse has put into place a two-year personalized training plan (from November 2011 to end 2012) for the kitchen staff at JOACASINOS.

"I am really pleased to give our chefs the means to meet this challenge through our partnership with Institut Paul Bocuse".
Laurent Lassiaz, Chairman of the Board Joagroupe

"In the missions that we have, Laurent LASSIAZ and I share the same ideal: doing everything possible to offer life, joy and emotion! It’s a challenge: the challenge of excellence on a daily basis. To meet this challenge, you need to be demanding, work hard and have momentum".
Hervé Fleury, General Manager at Institut Paul Bocuse

"The force of this training program resides in the fact that it involves customized training on site enabling the entire JOA kitchen staff to be trained and gain recognition. My objective will be to help them to execute good, simple and generous recipes!"
Bernard Esnault, Chef at Institut Paul Bocuse in charge of training

This partnership also offers in-the-field experimentation and real-life case studies for 3rd year students in the Institut’s International Hotel and Restaurant Management Program.
