Thursday 27 October, 2011, the greatest international ambassadors for the hotel and restaurant industry met in Lyon to take part in the graduation ceremony for the 19th class at Institut Paul Bocuse.
During this prestigious evening, 129 students from more than 20 nationalities were awarded degrees crowning the learning path of excellence that they have successfully completed.
