The best restaurant concepts exhibited by our students at Sirha 2011

49 third year students were entrusted with the design and layout of the "Sixièmesens" restaurant space, “Collections Scènes de la Table” at the SIRHA food show, a world-renown meeting for professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry. During the 5 days of the trade show from 22 to 26 January, they will ensure the operations in this unique and ephemeral space.
